Exterior Inspections

• A complete walk around of your North Devon property

• Checking for mail and package deliveries, removal of flyers, etc.

• Security Inspection; ensure all doors, windows, gates, garage and sheds are secure.

• Checking for damage caused by storms or vandalism

• Verify that contracted services (landscaping, pool, pest control etc.) have been completed if required.

• Visual check for water leakage.

• Check for signs of pest, rodent or other infestation.

• Provide photo documentation of all findings

Interior Inspections

• Verify that all windows, door walls and attic hatches are locked and secure - attend to post and parcel delivery

• Alarm System checks, include Burglar, Smoke and Carbon Monoxide alarms include battery replacement if required

• Visual check for water intrusion, mold, and insect invasion

• Utility inspections/flowing & flushing water, verifying electrical circuits breakers are ‘on’ and not tripped & light fixtures, lamps are working

• Inspections also include checking under sinks, garbage disposals, around toilets, behind washer and dryers, around water heaters and water softeners for leaks
